About the Guest:
Kelly Chashai has been growing plants and creating landscape designs for over 24 years. Her creativity and vivid imagination, alongside her husband, Eko, rooted and grew Down To Earth Gardens and Nursery in Victoria, British Columbia. Her past clients have included Lamborghini, The City of Victoria, The Fairmont Empress Hotel, Princess Cruises and more. Down To Earth Gardens and nursery has won various awards, including the best home and garden shop in “The Best of the West Shore” awards in 2015, 2019 and 2021. Her expertise will be featured in the forthcoming book, Pursuit 365, and on the Radical Resilience podcast. Kelly has travelled to over 28 countries, worked amongst the Tamil tea pickers in Sri Lanka, climbed mountains in Tobago looking for rare bamboo, planted an orchid forest in Thailand, and worked on a beach restoration project in the Surin Islands. You’ll find Kelly travelling the globe looking through her botanical lens or boating the pacific northwest waters in her free time.
