The Global Resilience Project is a community where you can share and read stories of resilience to help you overcome life’s most difficult challenges.
The Global Resilience Project (GRP) was created in 2019 and is an internationally recognized platform and social enterprise that fosters resilience, personal healing, and emotional strength. With a mission to inspire, educate, and empower individuals and communities, GRP brings together powerful stories of overcoming life’s most challenging obstacles, creating a collective narrative of hope, perseverance, and transformation.
Created by Blair Kaplan Venables, she is supported by her sister, Alana Kaplan, The GRP’s Mental Health Director, and a small but mighty team.
At the heart of GRP is the belief that resilience is not just a trait but a skill that can be cultivated and shared and that anyone can strengthen their resilience muscles. Through its multifaceted approach, the project provides tools, resources, and support to help people navigate grief, adversity, and life’s unpredictable changes. By shining a light on human resilience, GRP helps others find their own strength in times of need.
The Global Resilience Project publishes books, has the RESILIENT A.F. with Blair and Alana podcast, a clot with confidence and clarity. Their online community, launching in early 2025, will offer additional support.
