Podcasts are great ways to pass time while being entertained and learning something new. Back in September, we shared podcasts that we listened to. While we still recommend those podcasts (and we still love listening to them) we thought it would be a good time to share other podcasts we are enjoying.

Oprah’s Super Soul Conversations

We shared this one back in September, however, Oprah has a new series within the podcast that is currently airing, and I’ve made a weekly habit of listening to it every Saturday morning while I have my coffee. She’s hosting conversations with celebrities on various topics. The Lady Gaga one is a raw conversation on mental health, it’s impact and how Lady Gaga seeks support. Other notable guests include Tina Fey, The Rock and Amy Schumer.

The Daily

The Daily is a quick way to get information about what’s going on in the world without overexposing yourself to all of the bad things going on in the world. About 30 minutes each, this podcast helps you get that daily dose of information to be informed, without oversaturating your brain.

This American Life

A podcast that continues to be impressive, This American Life is probably one of the most well-known podcasts, producing weekly episodes based on themes. I generally fall in and out of listening to this podcast depending on my mood. More recently, I saw that they had an episode called “The Show of Delights” which was a nice change of pace among the dark news that we are currently experiencing.

Every Little Thing

Every Little Thing is a new-to-me podcast that I stumbled upon recently. Each episode answers a listener’s questions on various topics. For example, episodes about who makes the nail polish names, where do fruit flies come from and an episode about public toilets. I like this podcast because it’s interesting and light.
